Warming up before any type of physical activity is crucial. It reduces our chance of injury, increases our body temperature in preparation for exercise and improves range of motion in advance of your movement. What’s more, improving your blood flow during your warm up aids the transportation of oxygen for more efficient muscle function in your workout.
No matter what type of exercise you choose, or how busy your schedule is, it is critical that you don’t skip a warm up.
We explain how to use the MuscleGun Carbon to aid a quick and easy 5- minute warm up:
- First, select your preferred attachment and insert into the device. Using the MuscleGun User Manual for guidance on your attachment choice.
- Then using the control panel at the top of your device, select your speed setting.
- Using a sweeping motion, gently float the device across all key muscle groups on your body for around 3 minutes.
- For the final few minutes of your warm up, gradually apply more pressure to areas of the body where you feel necessary. Your chosen muscle group/(s) and surrounding areas should now be warm.
